The taste is good if you like grapefruit that’s what it tastes like to me and it really does make you feel clear in the brain and relaxed. I’m very much ADHD and these really does slow my mind down!!!! I’m very happy with this product!!! It’s a little expensive but well worth it. I can actually relax sometimes and that’s amazing!!! 💕
