I go to the gym at least 4 days a week. I'm in my 50s and it takes awhile to recoup after the work out (aches and Pains). I found that Brez after a work out helps my calm down and recoup better than a glass or of wine. Also, it eliminates all the calories and sugars that come with drinking wine.

This is f!%#ing ridiculous! Seriously, the best functional beverage I have ever had. No kidding everything it said it does right on cue. Why the h$ll did you have to make something so **** good. Even the flavor is not too much just the right amount of sweetness. No I’m going to have to spend too much money on this new obsession. Please make this taste worse and work less. Damnit!
