During the pandemic I developed a nightly "beer while I cook" routine. Not terrible, but not great either. I discovered Flow and it "hits." Love the taste, it takes the edge off and it feels like a treat but is only 35 calories!

This tastes so good and after 2 I was feeling the buzz! Such a good alternative to have in social situations especially since alcohol is so prevalent in our day and age! Love that you can wake up and not have a hangover either you actually feel better in the mornings!
