I recently had a case of Brez that unfortunately was not delivered due to it going to another address, it happens I know but was not able to get it back so was in a tough spot for the month :(. One call....one call to Brez Customer Service and it was on my doorstep less than 48 hours later and tracked and pictured at the door this time.
